My practice is inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly and warmly welcomes those of all cultural backgrounds. I work with you to understand your experience as an individual, within the context of your life and intersectionality.

My in-person practice is located on Nelson Road in the heart of Greenwich, with excellent transport links. My online sessions are facilitated using Whereby, which is a highly secure video platform that does not require you to sign up/download anything. 

I offer both open-ended and long term therapy, as well as short-term therapy where we both have an end date in mind. We would discuss which would suit you best in our first session.

I work on a weekly basis, all sessions are 50 minutes long.
